Refund Policy
- Scope: This policy applies to all services provided by SSRA.
- Eligible Refund Cases:
- Excess/duplicate payment beyond the agreed-upon fees
- Service not initiated due to our inability to proceed
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Work initiated or delivered (fully/partially)
- Consultation/advisory provided (verbal or written)
- Time spent on analysis, drafting, and communication
- Third-party costs (government fees, filing charges, etc.)
- Partial Refunds:
- May be considered in limited cases based on the stage of completion and the effort incurred
- Process:
- Email request to contact@ssraca.com with engagement details and reason
- Requests are reviewed case-by-case basis
- Mode of Refund:
- Processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
- Key Principle:
- Professional services are time- and expertise-based, not outcome-based
- Exclusions:
- No refunds for outcome dissatisfaction, client delays, or incomplete information provided by the client
