Refund Policy

  • Scope: This policy applies to all services provided by SSRA.
  • Eligible Refund Cases:
  • Excess/duplicate payment beyond the agreed-upon fees
  • Service not initiated due to our inability to proceed
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Work initiated or delivered (fully/partially)
  • Consultation/advisory provided (verbal or written)
  • Time spent on analysis, drafting, and communication
  • Third-party costs (government fees, filing charges, etc.)
  • Partial Refunds:
  • May be considered in limited cases based on the stage of completion and the effort incurred
  • Process:
  • Email request to contact@ssraca.com with engagement details and reason
  • Requests are reviewed case-by-case basis
  • Mode of Refund:
  • Processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
  • Key Principle:
  • Professional services are time- and expertise-based, not outcome-based
  • Exclusions:
  • No refunds for outcome dissatisfaction, client delays, or incomplete information provided by the client
